FIVE STARS!!!! Knox Auto is AMAZING!!! They put me the car that I wanted, the process was easy and stress free. Mr.Shelton is a really nice guy, he kept in touch with me and made the process smooth. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with buying a vehicle with how stressful it can be Shelton and Taylor went above and beyond with getting me the price I wanted, they didn’t make me feel like a customer I felt more like family/friend they didn’t make me feel like I needed to buy the car which I appreciated I will always recommend Knox auto to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Thank you guys I will be coming back for future purchases.

I found a 2012 Toyota Tundra I was interested in online at Knox Auto Sales. I asked to have the Carfax report sent to me and they sent it. The individual I dealt with on the phone and when I showed up was Shelton, he was very professional and pretty much hands off until I had questions. When I showed up I was handed the keys to the Tundra to look it over before the test drive. Then I took the truck for a test drive. After the test drive I decided I wanted to buy the truck. I thought it was priced fair and had some, but very little negotiation with Shelton and we came to a deal. While I was setting up my insurance he had gotten the sale paperwork ready and washed the truck too. All said and done it was a great and easy experience. I found out later that my daughter's fiancee bought his Toyota Sequoia from Knox Auto Sales. I recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to keep an eye on their web page until you see a vehicle your interested in and go make a deal.WayneCameron NC

I searched for a used SUV for my son who is out of state and needed a new used vehicle for the last month or so and could not find many Toyota/Lexus SUV's that were available in my price/mileage range. I continued to look and finally found a very clean SUV that was within my price, mileage and had the 3.5 engine. Taylor at Knox Auto Sales came through with flying colors. I felt like I was a family member and the whole process was handled extremely professional. Taylor went above and beyond and I would buy from Knox again in a heartbeat. Nothing but positive things to say about them... Thanks Taylor for a great buying experience!
