EASILY 5 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!My mom had an awesome purchasing experience with Knox a year ago, so I decided to give them a try.This was my first car note in my name and I was extremely apprehensive about making the wrong decision.Not once did I feel rushed, neglected, pressured or made to feel silly during our interactions and every inch of the process was broken down with transparency.Taylor is absolutely awesome and addressed a few minor concerns I had prior to purchase (brakes and oil) and even sent me off with a full tank of gas!!!!This was 4 1/2 months ago and my car is still in great, awesome shape!!!The customer service was unmatched and the prices were beyond fair.I really could go on and on but please....Don't hesitate.....choose KNOX!! :)

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with buying a vehicle with how stressful it can be Shelton and Taylor went above and beyond with getting me the price I wanted, they didn’t make me feel like a customer I felt more like family/friend they didn’t make me feel like I needed to buy the car which I appreciated I will always recommend Knox auto to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I found a 2012 Toyota Tundra I was interested in online at Knox Auto Sales. I asked to have the Carfax report sent to me and they sent it. The individual I dealt with on the phone and when I showed up was Shelton, he was very professional and pretty much hands off until I had questions. When I showed up I was handed the keys to the Tundra to look it over before the test drive. Then I took the truck for a test drive. After the test drive I decided I wanted to buy the truck. I thought it was priced fair and had some, but very little negotiation with Shelton and we came to a deal. While I was setting up my insurance he had gotten the sale paperwork ready and washed the truck too. All said and done it was a great and easy experience. I found out later that my daughter's fiancee bought his Toyota Sequoia from Knox Auto Sales. I recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to keep an eye on their web page until you see a vehicle your interested in and go make a deal.WayneCameron NC
