It has been almost two years since I purchased my Toyota from Knox auto. I have not had one problem with my car. I was very concerned when I walked into their dealership. But what made me feel like I could trust them is because they take GREAT PRIDE in their family business! If your in the market for a used vehicle I highly recommend Knox Auto Sales. I Bought a 2008 GT500 from and the experience was wonderful. The staff are kind, patient and they don't push to sell you car, which I really appreciated. Thank you Knox Auto sales and associates.

Had the absolute best experience buying a 2001 Ford F 150 here. I had been searching for a older f150 to buy and found their 2001 listed for sale. I called and made an appointment with Shelton to look at it as it was a 3 hour drive away. Upon inspection and a test drive I noticed a bad shutter during deexceleration. I went back stated I liked the truck but could not purchase It like that. Christian at the dealership listened to me and we drove it again determining it was bad u joints on the drive shaft. He offered to fix and we all negotiated a fair amount for the repair. A week later I returned and was very happy with the repaired truck and proceeded with the purchase. I found this dealership to be honest, open and easy to deal with, a real diamond in the rough no wonder they have been voted their county's best used car dealer multiple years! Highly recommend and worth the drive. Ill definitely return here again despite the distance. Thanks for a great buying experience guys and going above and beyond for your customer!

Great dealership super nice Christian business and zero lemons. But otw home from getting my new truck they didn’t fill up the gas for me so first thing I had to do with my new vehicle is put gas in it!
