Oh my goodness, best dealership ever! From the second I walked in, I was immediately disarmed by the warm family friendly nature of the place. It’s a family owned and operated place, and they treat you like family. I would absolutely recommend this place 10/10. Taylor went above and beyond to hear what I was looking for truly consider my options and talk me through the pros and cons of each one. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I drove two drive and it was worth every minute!

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had, super easy and simple and very friendly and welcoming staff. Just bought a 2007 mustang gt manual from them and it only took less than like 2 hours. 10/10 will go back if I find another vehicle I like there

Im a happy women! I came in today to get a car. After a drunk driver hit me. I didn't have a car to have. So I came in this morning and this afternoon I came out with a 2014 Ford escape. They work with me. They was very honest. They really help me. I was very nervous about getting a car. But they made me feel like a welcome customer. I will be back for my daughter vehicle. Thanks Knox auto for everything,5 stars

The best dealership experience I've had. Bought a 2015 Dodge Charger Pursuit which was retired. If you know anything about those, they are normally beat up pretty bad. This dealership, however, had a perfect condition pursuit with under 2000 idle hours, which is an insane find.The staff was friendly, and as someone new to the Hemi engine, they even showed me a vehicle with the infamous hemi tick to cross reference with the charger. Everything checked out, and the purchase was very easy. These guys have some hidden gems, and the only dealership I've came across which doesn't sell lemons or hike up the price.

These guys were great to work with. Upfront on pricing and clear about fees and taxes. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Not your typical car salesman vibe at all. By far the best car buying experience I've had over the 20 yrs buying vehicles for various reasons.

EASILY 5 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!My mom had an awesome purchasing experience with Knox a year ago, so I decided to give them a try.This was my first car note in my name and I was extremely apprehensive about making the wrong decision.Not once did I feel rushed, neglected, pressured or made to feel silly during our interactions and every inch of the process was broken down with transparency.Taylor is absolutely awesome and addressed a few minor concerns I had prior to purchase (brakes and oil) and even sent me off with a full tank of gas!!!!This was 4 1/2 months ago and my car is still in great, awesome shape!!!The customer service was unmatched and the prices were beyond fair.I really could go on and on but please....Don't hesitate.....choose KNOX!! :)
